By accessing or using the CVR Ownership Registry MCP Server at
api.cvr.plus (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes data from the Danish Business Authority’s Central Business Register (Erhvervsstyrelsen / CVR). It is intended as a convenience layer for AI assistants and is operated by Thomas Ryde as a personal, non-commercial project.
All company, ownership, and financial data served by the Service
originates from public Danish government registers. While the pipeline takes
reasonable care to transform and present the data accurately, the Service is
provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The authoritative source is
datacvr.virk.dk and the raw API at
distribution.virk.dk; always verify critical information against
the primary source.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. Uptime is best-effort; the Service may be unavailable, degraded, or withdrawn at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomas Ryde is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of data returned by the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
