Data Source

This service provides access to public data from Danish official registers, including Erhvervsstyrelsen / CVR and company-property facts sourced through Datafordeler and Tinglysningsretten. Property lookup is restricted to company-owned properties. Natural-person land-registry parties and personal identifiers are removed from the served property snapshot.

User Data Collection

This service collects no personal user data. Specifically:

Authentication uses stateless JWT tokens that are not stored on the server.
No user accounts, profiles, or personal information are created or retained.
No cookies or tracking technologies are used.
No IP addresses are logged or stored.

Rate Limiting

Rate limiting is applied per OAuth client ID to ensure fair usage. The client ID is derived from the authentication token and is not linked to any personal information.

Third-Party Services

This service is self-hosted on a dedicated server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Hetzner may collect infrastructure-level logs as part of normal data-centre operations. See Hetzner’s privacy policy for details.

Data Retention

Since no user data is collected, there is nothing to retain or delete. Public register data is periodically refreshed; property snapshots retain the current and previous versions.
